So last week or the week before – I took off a Friday and a Monday. They were planned but not far in advance enough for me to make it so I didn’t have a lot of work to do those days. (sort of like if you’re out sick, your work doesn’t get done)
I ended up backed up on work. Miss 2 days work – no problem for some places. I worked Tuesday – Tuesday (the 31st – the 7th) 5:30 am – 6:pm to get caught up. Yep I worked over 12 hours a day to catch up on 2 days out worth of work.
But I did it. I got caught up. for now. So tomorrow…I get to sleep until 5:30 – I may hit snooze and sleep until 6 I’m a wild woman.

OMG! I so know about that. Nobody covers for me when I am gone. Taking a day or more off just results in double or triple work when I come back. Imagine what I am looking at going back on Monday after 3 weeks off!!! Ugh…
